Acceptance
By using Formlm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be 16 or older to use Formlm.
Acceptable use
Don't use Formlm to collect data illegally, send spam, or violate others' privacy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Your content
You own all forms and data you create. By using Formlm, you grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.
Respondent data
You're responsible for obtaining proper consent from your form respondents and complying with applicable privacy laws.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for downtime or data loss.
Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
