How we use it
We use your data to provide and improve Formlm, send transactional emails (like response notifications), and occasionally send product updates. We never sell your data.
Data storage
All data is stored on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers in the US. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your respondents' data
Data collected through your forms belongs to you. We process it on your behalf. You can export or delete it at any time from your dashboard.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@formlm.io.
GDPR compliance
Formlm is GDPR compliant. We act as a data processor for your form responses. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.
